Reliance Regular Savings Fund – Balanced Option is a conservative equity oriented Hybrid Fund which invests approximately 70 – 75% of its corpus in Equity and the balance in Fixed Income securities.

Basic Details:

Inception Date - 9th June 2005
Month End AUM (31 May 216) -  Rs 2468.67 Crs
Exit Load -    10% of the units allotted shall be redeemed without any exit load, on or before completion of 12 months from the date ofallotment of units. Any redemption in excess of such limit inthe first 12 months from the date of allotment shall be subject to the following exit load.  More than 10%  : 1% if redeemed or switched out on or before completion of 1 year from the date of allotment of units.

Equity - Mr. Sanjay Parekh (Few Other Funds Managed by the Fund Manager are Reliance Banking Fund, Equity Portion of Retirement Fund, MIP, Equity Savings Fund)
Debt -   Mr. Amit Tripathi (CIO - Debt Investments)

Investments Strategy:

 

Equity

Conservative Large cap Portfolio. Top 10 Stocks holds more than 55% of the Equity Portfolio.
The fund invests approximately 70% -75% of its equity allocation in large cap stocks
Aggressive Sector deviations with significant over/under weight positions (as compared to Nifty)
High conviction investments , Concentrated portfolio of 30 -35 stocks.

·         Medium Term duration profile managed in line with interest rate outlook (Duration Range 1 yr to 4.5 yrs).

·         Duration as on 31st May 2016 is 1.94 Years and Weighted Average Maturity is 2.45 Years Years and YTM is 8.35% for Debt Portion.
