Skills (must have): Core Java, MySQL, Any Version Control System, Internationalization of Java Applications, Web Services & Applications, SOA, gSOAP, Design Patterns
Skills (good to have): Architectural experience; Multiple Languages (C, C++, Perl/Python); Multiple Platforms (Windows, Linux, 32-bit/64-bit).
Skills (nice to have): DICOM, HIPAA, HL7 experience
Background in Healthcare Domain preferable.
Experience: Atleast 5 years on above areas; Upto 8 years. Experience in CMM Level 4 & above companies preferable.
Qualification: BE/B.Tech (CS/ECE/EEE/IT preferable) / MCA. C-DAC training a plus.
Responsibilities: Provide expert guidance and support to the development team in various technical/functional aspects of research, development and engineering.
Duties include (but are not limited to):
- Managing design evolution across multi-generation product releases
- Leveraging technical and clinical depth to work on business initiatives aimed at innovation and quality excellence
- Developing subsystem/product roadmaps applying in-depth knowledge of product related technologies, technology platforms, architectures and engineering design principles
- Leading the subsystems technical teams through the entire design cycle including requirements generation, design and implementation, verification & validation as the key technical mentor
Quality Specific Goals:
- Awareness and compliance with Quality Management Systems, and applicable laws and regulations
- Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
- Drive compliance/closure of Regulatory and Quality requirements before approving Design outputs/Program Deliverables
- Champion continuous improvement activities by initiating and driving process and product quality improvement initiatives
