Skills (must have): Core Java, MySQL, any version control system (SVN/CVS preferable), Internationalization

Skills (good to have): J2EE, Web Applications, Web Services, SOA, gSOAP

Skills (nice to have): Design Patterns

Sun Certified Java Professional (SCJP) certification preferable.

Experience: Atleast 2 years on above areas; Upto 5 yrs. Experience in CMM Level 4 & above companies preferable.

Qualification: BE/B.Tech./MCA. Engineering in CS/ECE/EEE/IT preferable. C-DAC training a plus.
