At least 3+ years of experience in Technology consulting or leadership role in a Technology 
Breadth across Application, Integration and Data layer technologies and in-depth knowledge in one or more technologies
Manages a small team of architects who are responsible for driving architecture and design within the solution area 
Takes ownership of a particular solution offering 
Develops and executes the solution strategy and business plan to support the growth of the solution offering. 
Take responsibility in shaping, designing, and planning specific service lines within solution area. 

Technical Expertise
Ability to survey technology trends and industry best practices for solution insights, direction, vendors and methodologies. 
Provides subject matter expertise to identify and translate system requirements into software architecture and design documentation. 
Thought Leadership in evolving and bleeding technologies
Actively seeks out opportunities to present whitepaper in conferences and authorship in technology publications. 
Experience/Knowledge on Application Concept and Technologies such as JSF, AJAX, JSON, Flex, Silverlight, Portal Technologies (JEE, .NET), Web 2.0, ECM, DMS, WCM
Experience/Knowledge on Integration Concepts and Technologies such as Message Oriented Middleware, Enterprise Integration Pattern, Sync and Asyn Communication, JMS, Workflow Engines, Cloud computing, Biztalk, Websphere Process Server, IBM MQ, Mule, Glassfish, Oracle Fusion, Websphere Integrator

Business Development
Assists account managers to develop solution area in conjunction with overall customer technology roadmap. 
Assists in the business development life cycle by defining architecture and solution Subject Matter Expert (SME) 
Connect with customers on latest technology trends and partner with them for solution implementation
