Role: Tech Support Engnr

- Perform analysis of highly complex technical problems.
- Resolve and troubleshoot large and highly complex problems.
- Install, configure, test and run technical issues and processes.
- Assist and coordinate with service engineers.
- Participate in and support cross-functional teams.
- Ensure delivery of projects in a timely manner.
- Deploy networking systems to optimize performance.
- Identify, verify and isolate problems and report on status.
- Provide qualitative technical support to other departments.
- Research and validate complex technical support issues.

a. 8+ years experience in MS products based infra / sys admin support

i. Windows administration (Mandatory)
ii. Exchange Server (preferably 2007 and / or 2010) (mandatory)
iii. Knowledge / experience of support for one / many / all of the below products

2. LiveMeeting
3. OCS (Office Communication Server)
4. BlackBerry
