Job Description:

3 -6 Years of experience as a developer or technical systems analysts role

• Must have good Java J2ee JSP Servlets and webservices software development skills, good understanding of object oriented concepts & design patterns and be able to design systems

• Must have good database design skills

• Previous system life cycle methodology experience (e.g. SDLC, Agile, RUP, Waterfall, Summit, etc.) nice to have

• Demonstrated Software architecture and designing skills

• Strong client relationship management

• Proven organization, communication and follow-up skills

• Self motivated with an ability to stay on deadline in complex, multi-staged projects and to work on more than one project at a time

Campus Recruitment

India IRO also handles campus recruitments for SISO. In 2006, 157 engineers were offered from various IITs and other premier institutes to join SISO (10 campuses). Desired Profile:

1) Strong J2EE (JSP,JS,) , Core Java mandatory.
2) Good Design and Analysis skill mandatory
3) JNI , OSGI, Spring, JUnit and Java Socket programming desirable
4) Knowledge of OOAD is desirable.
5) Experience with Linux/Embedded Linux is desirable
6) Experience with Eclipse environment desirable
7) Working on printer domain is added advantage
