Job Profile:

The candidate would be responsible for:
Planning, Estimation, Risk management, Tracking, Scheduling, Quality control, Communication management & Resource Management.
Leading small to medium sized projects.
Interacting with clients and top management on Project status on a regular basis.
PM/PL experience in Java technologies - in Core Java, J2EE, EJB, JSP, Servlets, Struts, is required. Experience on WebSphere, JSF, Swing, RMI, XML, Hibernate & Web Services would be an added advantage. Good Communication skills is a must; should be comfortable with Customer interaction, networking with other teams for project requirements and negotiating.
