Job Description:
Areas of Responsibility / Tasks
* Responsible for all services delivery for the allocated project / within his service area / the team
* Working on Incidents, ensure no NC's for all tickets resolve
* Adherence to SLA's
* Should have technical leadership for the assigned resources working for the project
* Working on CR's, providing estimates for new developments
* Train Consultants on customer Business Process
* Responsible for implementation of services & portfolio elements given by the Global Head of Service / Project Manager
* Ensure complete tracking of billable hours and timesheets
* Support and coaching in CRM involving Training, Mentoring, Service Improvement
* Ensure proper management and resolution of escalations and crisis situations
