Job Description:

i. Supporting full project lifecycle from blueprint via template development to post go-live support

ii. Focusing on conceptual solution design skills and very good understanding of the business-related processes

iii. Blueprint creation, customizing, test case creation and testing of the configured functionality

Cooperation and integration with the team

iv. Status reporting to the overall project management.

Desired Profile:

1. Understands the functional requirements of SAP CRM in the areas of Sales, Service, Marketing or Partner Channel Management
2. Should have comprehensive understanding of project implementation approach
3. Understanding of integration with SAP SD
4. Should have completed at least 2 implementations
5. Good experience in customer interactions and expectations management
6. Excellent Communication skills
